Policies and Information

Caring for Your Jewelry

I include small zip-lock baggies with your purchase, and I recommend that you store your pieces in them to inhibit tarnish. Jewelry boxes with a tarnish-resistant lining are also recommended. I have found that wearing your jewelry frequently (even daily) keeps jewelry from tarnishing. Do not store your pieces in the open air, or they will tarnish. To remove tarnish on pieces with a high polish, I recommend a polishing cloth (like a Sunshine cloth). Matte or brushed finishes should not be cleaned with polish or a polishing cloth as they will remove the finish. Instead, use a piece of fine grit sandpaper. There are also other methods to remove tarnish; contact me if you have questions. Please remove jewelry prior to bathing or swimming, or using cleaning products or chemicals. For a small fee, I can also restore a finish to a piece of jewelry that I have made.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unworn items within 7 days of receipt (this policy excludes custom orders). Please contact me before you mail your return. Items MUST be returned in unused condition in the original packaging (gift box). Returned items must be shipped insured mail (return shipping and insurance will be paid by the customer). Returning a piece via a trackable service (such as UPS or USPS Priority) is highly recommended. Items lost in the mail are not refundable. The cost of the piece, less original shipping cost, will be refunded, or you can exchange the piece for one of equal value (but you will need to pay for shipping). Custom or customized items may not be returned.

Packaging

Your purchase will come packaged in a gift box tied with a ribbon. I include a small zip-lock bag  for storage of your jewelry (bags are treated to help resist tarnish). I will combine multiple items into one gift box unless you ask me to do otherwise. The gift box will be shipped in a padded envelope, or a small cardboard box for larger orders.​

Domestic Shipping

Most items ship within 3 to 14 business days. Please check the item description for the estimated production time, as most items are made to order. I ship USPS first class mail. Upgrades to priority mail are available. Shipping charges include delivery confirmation and insurance.
 
Delivery time for first class packages varies, but generally packages generally arrive within 10 days after shipping. Please allow at least three weeks for your package to arrive before it is declared “lost.” If a package does not arrive within three weeks, please contact me.

International Shipping

I ship first class mail, which is not trackable. If you would like to upgrade to a trackable or quicker shipping method, let me know and I will send you a price estimate. The buyer is responsible for any duties or customs fees. I will not mark shipments as a "gift" as it is illegal to do so in the U.S.
