Botanical Cherry Branch Triangular Sterling Silver Necklace with Freshwater Pearls
To make this pendant, I started with a sheet of sterling silver that was embossed with laser cut paper with a cherry tree branch design. I then cut out the shape with a jeweler's saw and applied a patina to darken the background of the pendant to bring out the design. I attached the pendant to a sterling silver "figure eight" chain with three pink freshwater pearls on each side.
The chain length is approximately 18.5" (47cm). The triangle pendant measures 1" (2.5cm) high by 3/4" (2cm) wide at the top.
