Ordering Information

Placing an Order
The easiest way to order is via my Etsy site, www.annewalkerjewelry.etsy.com. Alternatively, you
can email me at orders@annewalkerjewelry.com or call 404.824.3534. Please indicate the item
name and quantity in your correspondence, along with the date by which you need the jewelry
delivered. Please also include your name, phone, email, and shipping address.

Delivery Time
Many of my items are made to order, which requires a lead time of approximately 2 weeks (from
time of order to delivery). During November and December, I may occasionally need 3 weeks lead
time, depending on the order. Please try to place your order as far in advance as possible! If
items are in stock, they can be shipped immediately. Please inquire about availability and lead
time at the time of your order. I will notify you by email or phone when your order has been
shipped.

Shipping and Handling Costs
$3.00 for the first item shipped within the United States; $.50 for each additional item. Orders are
shipped via USPS first class mail (extra charge if you want it shipped insured). Please inquire
about international shipping rates.

Packaging
Each item is carefully packaged in a glossy black jewelry box with white cotton padding inside, and
is tied with a ribbon. A small card describing the piece of jewelry is also included.

Methods of Payment
I currently accept credit cards, checks, money orders, PayPal, or cash (in-person only). All major
credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). For online orders,
credit card payments are processed via PayPal. If you choose this payment option, you will
receive an invoice via email that will direct you to a secure PayPal site for payment. You do not
need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. Alternately, I can take your credit card details by
phone and process your credit card over the phone.

For mail orders, payment (including shipping and handling charge) must be received before the
order is shipped.

Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7% is added to orders delivered to addresses in the state of Georgia.

Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return unworn items within 15 days of
receipt (this policy excludes custom orders). Returned items must be sent in the original
packaging, and must be shipped insured (return shipping will be paid by the customer). If a jewelry
piece breaks, and the breakage is NOT due to normal wear (which will be determined by Anne
Walker Studio), I will repair the item free of charge. Items damaged by normal wear can be
repaired at a charge to be determined. If you wish to return an item, please contact Anne Walker
Studio at: info@annewalkerstudio.com or 404.824.3534. At that time, I can clarify return policies
and send you an address where your returned item should be mailed. Anne Walker Studio is not
responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged.

Custom Orders
At this time, I am not accepting custom orders for original pieces. However, I can occasionally
customize pieces shown on this website (for example, converting a dangle earring to post, or
changing the size of a piece). There will be an additional charge for customization. Please contact
me via email or phone to discuss your preferences and for a price quote. Custom orders are not
returnable.

Wholesale Orders
If you are interested in carrying my jewelry in your gallery or store, please contact me for a
wholesale price sheet via email: info@annewalkerjewelry.com or phone: 404.824.3534. A valid
resale certificate is required to purchase items at wholesale prices.
